Welcome to this TOPLive. On Friday April 27, South Korea’s President Moon Jae-in and North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un are set to meet to discuss ongoing relations between the two countries. It’s likely to be a historic day whatever the outcome. The meeting will be the first between leaders of the two nations in 11 years; and if Kim does set foot in the South, he’ll become the first North Korean leader ever to do so.
